Twin Palms: Best DUI Programs
Twin Palms has proudly carried the legacy of its founder for more than 50 years. As a non-profit company, we are deeply rooted in our commitment to contribute to the community. Our primary goal is to provide quality program provision and education to first and repeat offenders, supporting them in their journey to overcome destructive behavior and find a new way of living. We ensure quality and consistent delivery of DUI (driving under the influence) and DV (domestic violence) programs.
The journey of Twin Palms started 52 years ago when Lester Roberts opened an in-residence 30-day alcohol recovery program as a way to help others as he, himself, had been lifted up during his darkest times. There were two palm trees at the residence that served as a symbol of strength and fortitude. Soon they came to represent a place for recovery and rehabilitation. While the residency program was eventually replaced with DUI programs, the significance of the name and what it represents still holds today.
Over the years, Twin Palms has expanded its operations to three locations – El Monte and La Puente . This expansion allowed the team to maintain a standard of delivery expected from an industry leader. We endeavor to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenders and address domestic violence issues in our communities. By taking an approach of accountability with compassion and understanding, we strive to have a direct effect on public safety and the overall well-being of the people we serve.

Prevention Through Education
Our innovative and well-structured programs can have a meaningful impact on the participant who is committed to positive transformation. Our in-depth curriculum is designed in compliance with the court requirements and promote behavioral change by focusing on constructive exercises. For our client’s convenience, we offer multiple classes throughout the week, including weekends and evenings. All you have to do is call us or drop by any of our three locations. Affordable payment plans are available as needed. We want our clients to know that even when things are challenging, there is a way through it; we look forward to being a positive part of that journey.
DUI Educational Programs

Our substance abuse disorder counsellors are experts in providing informative lectures, and group discussions, with the goal of helping our clients to make positive changes in their lives. The DUI programs offered include:
12 Hour “Wet Reckless Program” (SB1176)
3-Month DUI First Offender Program (AB541)
6–Month First Offender Program (AB762)
9-Month First Offender DUI Program (AB1353)
18-Month Multiple Offender Program (SB1344 and SB38 Program)
30-Month Thirty-Thirty Program (SB1365)
Upon completion of the program, students have the opportunity to get their license back and return to the road a safer driver.
